General Contracting
Remodels, additions, and whole-home projects managed end to end.

What we do
General Contracting
A remodel or addition touches everything — layout, electrical, plumbing, finishes, and a dozen decisions a week. We manage the entire scope under one contract and one project lead, so the plan holds together and the trades show up in the right order.
From opening up a floor plan to finishing out an addition, our crews handle demolition through final trim, with a written scope you approve before the first hammer swings.

Good to know
Every project starts with an in-home consultation and a written proposal. We don't start work until the scope and price are on paper and approved by you.
Questions
General Contracting FAQs
- What happens during a consultation?
- We walk the home with you, look at the systems involved, ask how you actually use the space, and answer questions. Afterward you receive a written scope and price to review on your own time.
- How long does a remodel or addition take?
- It varies widely by home and scope — a single-room remodel and a whole-home project are not comparable. We give you a schedule with the written proposal rather than a generic estimate.
- Do I need drawings before you can quote the work?
- Not to get started. We can help develop the scope during the consultation, and where a project needs formal drawings or permitting we will tell you that up front.
- Who manages the trades on my project?
- One project lead from consultation to completion. You are not coordinating between separate companies — the schedule and the accountability run through us.
- Can I live in the house during the work?
- Often, yes, depending on the scope and which rooms are affected. We will talk through what will be out of service and for roughly how long before you commit.
- How is scope and pricing presented?
- As a written proposal listing what is included and what it costs, delivered before any work begins. Nothing starts until you have approved it, and changes are documented in writing rather than handled verbally.
- What areas do you serve?
- Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, West Texas, Tyler and East Texas, Wichita Falls, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa. We come to you; consultations happen at your home.
