- What happens during a consultation?
- We walk the home with you, look at the systems involved, ask how you actually use the space, and answer questions. Afterward you receive a written scope and price to review on your own time.
- Who provides the monitoring?
- Vivint provides monitoring services and equipment terms. We are a Vivint Authorized Dealer and handle the design and professional installation, and we will walk you through Vivint's options during the consultation.
- How long does installation take?
- Most residential installations are completed in a single visit. It varies with how many devices are involved, and we give you a schedule with the written proposal.
- Can the system work with equipment I already have?
- Sometimes. It depends on what you have and how it was installed. We will look at your existing devices during the walkthrough and tell you what can carry over.
- Where do the cameras and sensors go?
- Placement is decided with you during the walkthrough, based on entry points, sight lines and how your family uses the home — not a standard package layout.
- How is scope and pricing presented?
- As a written proposal listing what is included and what it costs, delivered before any work begins. Nothing starts until you have approved it, and changes are documented in writing rather than handled verbally.
- What areas do you serve?
- Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, West Texas, Tyler and East Texas, Wichita Falls, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa. We come to you; consultations happen at your home.
