- What happens during a consultation?
- We walk the home with you, look at the systems involved, ask how you actually use the space, and answer questions. Afterward you receive a written scope and price to review on your own time.
- Why is one room always warmer than the rest of the house?
- Usually airflow rather than equipment capacity: undersized or leaking ducts, poor return air, or an attic that is pushing heat into that part of the house. We evaluate ductwork and insulation before recommending new equipment.
- How long does a system replacement take?
- Varies by home. A straightforward changeout is often a one-day job; adding or reworking ductwork takes longer. We give you a schedule with the written proposal.
- Should I repair my existing system or replace it?
- It depends on the age of the equipment, the cost of the repair, and how the rest of the system is performing. We will give you both options in writing rather than pushing the larger job.
- How is scope and pricing presented?
- As a written proposal listing what is included and what it costs, delivered before any work begins. Nothing starts until you have approved it, and changes are documented in writing rather than handled verbally.
- What areas do you serve?
- Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, West Texas, Tyler and East Texas, Wichita Falls, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa. We come to you; consultations happen at your home.
