These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aegishomestx.com, operated by Simplicity Business Management LLC d/b/a Aegis Homes ("Aegis Homes," "we," "us"). By using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Website Use
This website provides general information about our services. Content is provided "as is" for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer, estimate, or contract. All projects are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
No Guarantee of Results
Descriptions of services, products, and potential benefits (including energy efficiency or comfort improvements) are general in nature. Actual results vary based on each home's condition, usage, and other factors.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including the Aegis Homes name, logo, text, and images, is owned by or licensed to Simplicity Business Management LLC and may not be used without written permission.
Third-Party Products & Services
Certain products and services referenced on this site, including Vivint smart home systems and monitoring, are provided by third parties under their own terms and warranties. We are not responsible for third-party terms, services, or websites.
SMS Terms & Conditions
Simplicity Business Management LLC d/b/a Aegis Homes operates two text messaging programs.
Aegis Homes Customer Updates & Care. Homeowners who opt in through our website contact form, their project agreement, or by texting us first receive messages about their inquiry or project: appointment and installation scheduling, day-of-install reminders, project status updates, replies to customer service questions, and satisfaction follow-ups after the work is complete.
Aegis Concierge (independent sales partners). Independent sales representatives contracted with Aegis Homes who opt in through the Concierge text sign-up page or their partner setup paperwork receive replies to their product, process and project questions, project status alerts, and company announcements.
For both programs: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; after you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will receive no further messages from that program unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (682) 277-4680 or hello@aegishomestx.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of any business relationship with us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aegis Homes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable law or under a signed project agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
